Yes - we want you to absolutely love your new jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return eligible pieces within the applicable return window.

Standard Pieces
Our standard return period is 30 days from the date of delivery.

Final Sale Pieces
Return eligibility depends on your country:

United States 🇺🇸: Final Sale pieces cannot be returned for a refund.

All Other Countries 🌏: Final Sale pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery. You can choose either a full refund or a gift card with an additional 10% value.

Mystery Boxes
Mystery Boxes are available exclusively to U.S. customers and are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged.
