How do I return my jewelry?
Enjoy extended 60-day returns for orders placed after 11 November 2024. Simply email us within 60 days from the day you receive your parcel to request a refund or exchange, and we’ll provide you with step-by-step return instructions.Orders from the U
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we receive your returned item(s), we will initiate a refund of the purchase price of your items (excl. the shipping fee in case you paid for shipping). Please note that for all countries taxes, duties and shipping costs are non-refundable.
How do I exchange my jewelry?
