Our holiday extended return period for our standard collection is 60 days from the date of delivery.

Simply initiate your return or exchange through our return portal within the applicable timeframe, and follow the step-by-step instructions. Please find the details in our Return Policy.

Please note that the return shipping fee will be your responsibility. For exchanges within the U.S., however, we’re pleased to cover the shipping costs for the new item(s) sent to you.

For Final Sale pieces, different conditions apply:

- United States: Final Sale pieces are not eligible for return.

- All other countries: Final Sale pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery for either a full refund or a gift card with an additional 10% value.

Direct exchanges are not available for international orders. However, if you'd like to exchange your item, we’re happy to assist with processing the return and will issue a gift card. You can use this gift card to place a new order with us.
