Enjoy extended 60-day returns for orders placed after 11 November 2024. Simply email us within 60 days from the day you receive your parcel to request a refund or exchange, and we’ll provide you with step-by-step return instructions.

U.S & UK orders can be returned/exchanged at our Self-Serve Returns Portal. Please check all the details in our Return Policy.

Please note that the return shipping fee will be your responsibility. For exchanges, however, we’re pleased to cover the shipping costs for the new item(s) sent to you.

Final sale items are excluded from returns & exchanges.
