Our standard return period is 30 days from the delivery date.

Orders placed between November 10, 2025 and February 6, 2026 are eligible for an extended 60-day return period, starting from the day your order is delivered. Returns or exchanges must be initiated through our return portal within this timeframe.

Please note that the return shipping fee will be your responsibility. For exchanges within the U.S., however, we’re pleased to cover the shipping costs for the new item(s) sent to you.

Final sale pieces and Mystery Boxes items are excluded from returns & exchanges.

Direct exchanges are not available for international orders. However, if you'd like to exchange your item, we’re happy to assist with processing the return and will issue a gift card. You can use this gift card to place a new order with us.
