We’re offering an extended 30-day return window. Simply initiate your return or exchange through our return portal within 30 days from the day you receive your parcel, and follow the step-by-step instructions. Please find the details in our Return Policy.

Please note that the return shipping fee will be your responsibility. For exchanges within the U.S., however, we’re pleased to cover the shipping costs for the new item(s) sent to you.

Final sale pieces and Mystery Boxes items are excluded from returns & exchanges.

Direct exchanges are not available for international orders. However, if you'd like to exchange your item, we’re happy to assist with processing the return and will issue a gift card. You can use this gift card to place a new order with us.
