For orders from the U.S. and UK we offer direct exchanges through our Self-Serve Returns Portal.

Orders from the rest of the world can be returned via our Self-Serve Returns Portal.

All U.S. exchanges are fully automated through the Return Portal.

Free Size Exchange:

No additional payment required.

A prepaid return label is provided by us.

Free Material Exchange:

If you are upgrading to a higher-value material, you pay the price difference only.

A prepaid return label is provided by us.

Product Exchange (different item):

You are responsible for the return shipping label.

The label can be purchased via the Return Portal.

We cover the shipping fee of the replacement order.

Free Size Exchange (semi-automated):

Initiate your exchange through the Return Portal and select “Size Exchange”.

A prepaid return label is provided by us.

Our customer Service team will create a new exchange order.

Product Exchanges for UK orders follow our standard process". You can select Gift Card and place a new order after returning your order.

Other Countries 🌏
